Konect Processes using Email Templates

From an automation perspective, Konect uses Konect specifically uses a Lightning Email Template to automate the dispatch of Donation Receipts. Konect uses the combination of a Salesforce Flow and a Lightning Email Template in order to do this.

The Flow used is called Konect Send Donation Receipt Flow and this can be accessed under Setup -> Flows in the Setup or administrative part of Salesforce.

There are a few important points to remember with the Receipt automation:

• Donation receipts are only sent where an Email address exists on the Contact

• The Lightning Email Template to be used as the Donation Receipt is defined on the Campaign
