From Animalis we have a few different approaches to syncing data with EzyVet which are detailed below. We only sync Animal Records from Animalis to EzyVet if a Microchip Number is available on their Animal Record.

  1. From a Location Record where the Record Type = Site, there's a checkbox titled Sync All Animals, this will sync all animals to EzyVet that have been housed at this Shelter.

  2. From an Animal Record there’s a quick action titled EzyVet Sync which, when clicked, will sync the Animal data to EzyVet.

  3. All Animal Records that have an EzyVet ID will sync to EzyVet when the relevant fields are updated on the Animalis side.
