Several scheduling policies are available out-of-the-box with Field Service. With our scheduling policy configuration we identify and extend two common scheduling processes to enable automated Service Resource scheduling to Work Orders.
Customer First - this scheduling policy focuses on matching customers based on Service Territories, as well as other key rules to ensure the customer is receiving the best resourcing based on their needs.
Soft Boundaries - this scheduling policy focuses on identifying resources available without matching a Service Territory, as well as other key rules to ensure the customer is receiving the best resourcing based on their needs.
