Service Agreement and Schedule of Support documents will be generated from the Generate Docuemnts Quick Action on the Opportunity Record. Follow the steps below to

Send documents to a Client via e-Signature

  1. Go to the applicable Opportunity record

  2. If the Opportunity is in the Onboarding stage, is ready for signature and has been signed off, the Generate Documents QA will be visible.

  3. Click Generate Documents and follow along with the guided process

  4. Select the Agreement Type and Delivery Method

  5. Select the My Supports Signer - This staff member will receive the document after the client has signed it or the recipient for an in-person signing.
