Upload Documents that align with assigned Service Resource Skills
Navigate to a Staff Contact Record and click
Manage DocumentsQuick Actions
Upload Documents that have the necessary skills assigned to them that are required on the Service Resource Record.
In this example, the Service Resouce is required to be Vaccinated, we have added assigned a Vaccinated
Service Resource Skill.
When you upload a Vaccination document, the Service Resource Skill record will inherit the Document Expiry Date (if applicable) as the End Date.
When a new
Document Versionis uploaded, you will need to navigate Go back to the relatedService Resource Recordand click the Sync Skill End Dates Quick Action.
