Automatic Account Creation |
Staff Contacts: Newly created Staff Contact records are automatically assigned to the My Supports Account.
Client Contacts: Newly created Client Contact records have an Account record generated on save based on their FirtstName + LastName. Other Contacts: Newly created Other Contact records have an Account record generated on save based on their FirtstName + LastName. Contractor Contacts: Newly created Contractors will need to have a New Account Created for them or assigned to an existing Account. |
Opportunity
Set stage based on fields
ILO Opportunity:
If the H&L Status field is set to “E&D Approved” then change Opportunity Status to “E&D SoS”
E&D Status (picklist): Awaiting SA/SoS (default); Awaiting Service Booking; E&D Commenced; E&D On Hold; SP Submitted; SP New Info Requested; SP Rejected; SP Approved; SP Decision Challenged; Other
If the above field is set to “Closed - SP Approved” then prompt user: “Create ILO SA Opportunity?” (Yes/No). If yes, create ILO SA Opportunity and populate fields (See ILO Opportunity for some details)
