Client Notes Shift Summaries are used to record important information about or generated by at the completion of a Service Appointment. These details are captured and stored against the Service Appointment and Work Order Records.

Creating a Client Note Shift Summary from the FSL App.

Clicking the Actions tab at the bottom of the screen will present you with available Quick Actions. Under the Service Appointment Management section, click New Client Note Add Shift Summary and Upload Attachments.

  • Fill in the applicable fieldsShift Summary Details text box, click next.

  • Add an attachment, and toggle consent button.

  • Click Save to create submit the Client NoteShift Summary.

Client Notes Shift Summaries are stored on the Service Appointment record.
