Tickets managed by RSPCA which require review by Vertic will be categorised under the Epic RSPCA Internal Development and moved directly to Vertic Review.
Tickets which require AnimalOS Package development will be created in the AP Project Board.
Tickets which require standard Salesforce development will be created in the RAS Project Board.

High Impact updates are required to go through a full development lifecycle, development is conducted in a DEV sandbox and released to the Full sandbox for business testing before being approved and release to Production in the monthly releases. Final approval is agreed in the standard deployment meeting held before the monthly release which is scheduled for the last Tuesday of every month. |
