Service Agreement Name Format

When Maica generates Service Agreements, typically following the successful closure of an onboarding opportunity, this setting allows for the specification of how new Service Agreements should be named by following the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Maica Settings

  2. Open the Agreement Management Tab

  3. Select the desired naming convention from the Name Format list

To extend the pre-set naming conventions, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on Insert Field

  2. Select the Field(s) that you would like to be part of the Service Agreement naming convention

Service Agreement Generation

There are principally two ways to generate a Service Agreement record (which usually forms the basis and entry point for service delivery), including clicking the Create Service Agreement button on the Opportunity or configuring Maica to generate this Service Agreement automatically when the Opportunity is set to Closed Won.

  1. Navigate to Agreement Generation within the Agreement Management setting

  2. Select the record types on which you would like to automatically generate Service Agreements (when Opportunity.Stage = Closed Won)
