Konect creates a Donation Opportunity with the Stage = Note Pledged
prior to processing the payment with Stripe. In the event this payment is declined by Stripe, an Opportunity record with a Stage of Pledged
will exist. Don’t forget to delete this if want to remove it from Salesforce. The Plan object captures a number of critical and useful data points, as described below.
Data Point | Description |
---|---|
Start Date and End Date | The start and end date are significant data points within a Plan, as several business processes are typically built around these. Plan dates are automatically synchronised with Salesforce from the NDIS (alongside additional information). |
Aggregated Budget Information | At the highest level, the Plan holds budget information which summarised all available Plan Budgets as approved by the NDIS. |
Plan Budget Items | Each Plan carries a number of Plan Budget items, usually at Support Category but this could also be at Support Item level in cases where a Stated Booking has been set up within the NDIS Plan. |
Plan Goals | Plan Goals are included in the synchronisation of Plan details. It is important to note that Plan Goals are overwritten (optional) when Plans are synchronised with the NDIS information. |
The Plan Profile Screen
The following screen illustrates a typical Plan profile showing all relevant information in a single place. This profile allows the end user to navigate to Plan Budgets, Service Bookings, and Plan Goals.

Note |

Plan Goals are not uniquely identified within the NDIS system, so when synchronising Plan Goals, any existing data will be replaced with the latest version. |
