Service Appointment Management is a component that has been developed to help manage the Service Appointments data that has been created in your environment.

This component provides you with a table view of all Service Appointments in your organisation with the ability to apply filters and bulk updates.

Accessing Service Appointment Management

You can access the Service Appointment Management tab via the Services App (or other service apps that have been implemented in your organisation) or by searching for Service Appointment Management via the App Launcher.

Applying Filters

Click on the Add Filters button in the top right of the interface to open up the filter options. You can then add the desired filters and click the Apply Filters button to filter the Service Appointments table.

In the example below, we’re filtering for:

  • All Service Appointments in January 2023 using Start Time Greater Than and End Time Less Than.

  • Service Appointments that occur on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, using Days of The Week.

  • Service Appointments specifically for the Contact ‘Scott Pendlebury’, using Contact.

  • Service Appointments with a status of ‘Scheduled’, using Status.

Bulk Updating Service Appointments

We can bulk update Service Appointments by selecting the records we want to update, using the check action in the right hand column or by selecting Check All which will select all records in the filtered view, and then clicking Update Selected.

Clicking Update Selected will open the selected rows for editing. You can choose to update rows individually or use the fields at the top of each column to apply bulk updates using the Apply button.

Click Save when all necessary updates have been applied.
