Setting up Salesforce and the Nonprofit Success Pack

To get started with Maica, you will need to install the Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack. This can be done by either using Salesforce’s Install Page or by engaging an implementation partner, such as Vertic in Australia or a list of international partners.
Maica adds a number of custom data objects to the standard setup and also uses a variety of key features within the Nonprofit Success Pack, including Relationships, Affiliations, and Households.
Maica has been integrated natively with the NDIS Digital Systems exclusively for all NDIS-relevant information processing, including Plans, Service Bookings, Payment Requests, as well as various Budgets.
