When you’re testing, ensure that you’re logging in to a sandbox environment.

Your username will be your email with the name of the sandbox at the end, like - developer@vertic.com.au.uat

Click the Forgot Your Password? link if you’ve forgotten your password.

Enter the following details in the screen below:

  1. For Production (Live) Environment:

Host: https://directcareresources.my.site.com/supportworker

Label: DCR Production

  1. For Sandbox UAT (Testing) Environment:

Host: https://directcareresources--partialuat.sandbox.my.site.com/supportworker

Label: DCR Sandbox

You can add both and switch between the 2 instances.

Step 5

Click Log in with OKTA FSL SSO and follow the prompts to log in with your Okta credentials.
