The Movements feature on Animal records allows you to effectively track an Animal's location and create an audit trail of where the Animal has been, this can be units, fosters and offsite locations.

Note that this is specifically for internal tracking of an Animal. If the Animal is moved out of your organisation’s care then a Referral record is used.

To move an Animal use the Bulk Movements component available under the Movements tab on an Animal record.

  • This component allows you to send many Animals in one data flow if needed.

  • Specify the Location Information to define where the Animal is being moved.

  • Update the Stage and Animal Status as part of the data flow as well if needed.
