The Konect solution allows the end user to perform a Health Check which will ensure all payment gateway configurations are set up correctly and default values are set as required. The steps to perform a Health Check, the following steps are required:

  1. Open the Konect Settings Page via the App Launcher

  2. Click on Health Check as shown below

  3. Click on Refresh - the solution will now display any configurations requiring amendment

The most important setting is the correct connection to the Stripe payment gateway, as Konect relies on this to function. Any errors shown in connecting to Stripe are further described in Connect your Stripe Account to Konect.
