Step 1
Download the Salesforce Field Service
App from your app store.
Step 2
Open the app and click the setting cog in the top right corner.
Step 3
Click the +
symbol
Step 4
Enter the following details in the screen below:
For Production (Live) Environment:
Host: https://directcareresources.my.site.com/supportworker
Label: DCR Production
For Sandbox UAT (Testing) Environment:
Host: https://directcareresources--partialuat.sandbox.my.site.com/supportworker
Label: DCR Sandbox
You can add both and switch between the 2 instances.
Step 5
Click Log in with OKTA FSL SSO
and follow the prompts to log in with your Okta
credentials.
You should now have access to the FSL Mobile App.
