Maica allows you to create and amend Service Agreements to manage the service delivery process. Using this modal to manage changes and updates to your Service Agreement with the Participant.  The following updates can be made:

  • Update the Price Book

    • Use this option if you need to apply a Price Change from the NDIS to this Service Agreement

    • This is performed by updating the Price Book lookup

  • Modify Existing Agreement Items

    • Use this option if you need to change the Support Item or Quantity of an existing Agreement Item

  • Add New Agreement Items

    • Use this option if you need to create a new Agreement Item for this Service Agreement

    • The available Support Categories are filtered by the related Participant's Opportunity, meaning that you can only select from those pre-approved Categories

The following validation rules are applied when managing Service Agreements:

  • When editing an existing Agreement Item, you can select any Support Item within the existing Support Category

  • When adding a new Agreement Item, you can select any Support Category and associated Support Item that is part of the related Opportunity

  • All financial amounts are validated against the related Opportunity to ensure that the associated Plan Budget is not exceeded

  • When changing the Price Book, the new Rates will be applied and the new total amount validated against the available budget in the related Opportunity (using the Opportunity.Amount)

  • No labels
