Employee Resume

The prospective employee provides Vertic with a working and current resume. This is managed through the job advertisement sites we use.

Initial Interview

The initial interview focuses on human qualities, in particular, we are interested in:

  • Cultural alignment

  • Human values

  • Personal skills and engagement capabilities

  • Empathy and value system

A second interview is conducted (if suitable) to focus on technical skills, such as:

  • Salesforce platform skills

  • Solution design skills

  • Technical work experience and problem solving

Letter of Offer

If deemed suitable to Vertic, we issue a Letter of Offer which details the projected role and renumeration.

Employment Contract

Once accepted, we issue an Employment Agreement which contains the following details:

  • Employee details

  • Renumeration information, including super payments

  • Responsibilities and obligations

  • Confidentiality agreement

  • Agreement to Vertic’s Quality Management System (VQMS)

We then conduct a walkthrough of Vertic’s services, standards, and responsibilities, including security, quality, and adherence.
