An Invoice record can be accessed from the Participant's record in the Plan Management section.

From the Invoice page, users are able to create and configure a schedule that automatically creates Scheduled Invoices. To access these settings, navigate to the Manage Schedule button in the top-right corner.

FIELD

DESCRIPTION

Schedule Invoice

When Schedule Invoice is selected, new Scheduled Invoices will be created as per the configured schedule.

Reflect Plan Dates

When Reflect Plan Dates is selected, the system will pull the Start Date and End Date from the Active Plan on the Participant's record

Start Date

This indicates the date when the schedule will start

End Date

This indicates the date when the schedule will end

Frequency

The value here will specify how often the schedule will run

Repeat Every

This number will specify how many times per Frequency the schedule is run

Days of the Week

This field will appear if Frequency = Weekly, and allows the user to specify which days of the week the schedule will run
