Supported Independent Living
OVERVIEW
Supported Independent Living (SIL) locations are supported in Salesforce using the Location
Record, with standard Maica and Field Service features used to help manage the scheduling and finance processes.
We use Maica to generate Invoice Line Items
based on a fixed schedule that is assigned to the Agreement Item
Record and use the Shift
features available in Field Service to schedule resources and generate Service Appointments
.
