Service Appointment
The Service Appointment
is used to schedule a resource to a Location
.
Relevant fields on a Service Appointment:
Status
- defines the status of the Service Appointment.Scheduled - the Service Appointment has date/time and resource assigned.
Dispatched - the confirmed Service Appointment has been dispatched to the Service Resource.
In Progress - the Service Resource has checked in to the appointment and it’s currently in progress.
Complete - the Service Resource has checked out and the Service Appointment is completed.
Scheduled Start
- the scheduled Start Date/Time of the appointment.Scheduled End
- the scheduled End Date/Time of the appointment.Check In & Out Information
- from the mobile app a Service Resource can check in and out of the appointment, which will capture details on the Service Appointment.
