How to hide/show fields and related lists:

1. Navigate to the Object Manager and select which Object you want to edit - for this example, we will use Services

2. Select Page Layouts to see all page layouts for the Service object

3. To see which Page Layout is assigned to a specific Profile, select the Page Layout Assignment button in the top-right corner (for this example, we want to edit the FSL Carer Work Order Layout as that is assigned to the Community Support Worker profile)

4. To add a field onto the page layout, drag and drop the field from the Fields tab onto the page layout. To remove a field, drag and drop the field from the page layout back onto the Fields tab.

5. To add a related list onto the page layout, navigate to the bottom of the page layout and drag and drop the related list from the Related Lists tab onto the page layout. To remove a related list, drag and drop the related list from the page layout back onto the Related List tab.
