Work Order Management

OVERVIEW

Users are able to create multiple Work Orders for one or many Participants by using the Work Order Management tool.

To access the Work Order Management tool, search for Work Order Management in the App Launcher.

Work Order Details

  • Add Participant(s) - select the Participant(s) that will be receiving the service

  • Add Service Territory and Location - select where the services will be undertaken

  • Add Work Type

Support Items and Schedule

  • Use filters to identify Support Items for the Participant(s)

  • Review Work Orders and Work Order Line Items before creating them

Work Order Details

From the Work Order Details tab, you can select the Participant(s) that will be receiving the service - do this by searching for the Participant in the search field and pressing + Select. Please note that you are also able to select multiple Participants.

Select the Service Territory and Location (and optionally, Work Type) where these services will be undertaken.

To proceed, press the Next button.

Support Items and Schedule

Similar to the Product Management tool, use the filters to identify the Support Item(s) that the Participant will receive for their Work Order.

Select the Support Item(s) by clicking the checkbox next to their Name.

Note: only Support Items that are shared on all Participant’s Service Agreement records will be visible.

Preview

This screen allows you to review all Work Orders being created. Users can assign a Goal to the Parent Work Order, as well as the option to apply this Goal to all related Work Order Line Items. This also give the opportunity to review if the Participant's budget has been exceeded.
