Work Order Creation

To create a Support Coordination Work Order, from the Service Agreement record select the Create SC Work Order button.

The created Work Order can be accessed from the Service Delivery tab on the Service Agreement record.

Under the Work Order, a Work Order Line Item and Service Appointment record will be created under the Related tab.
