Creating a Jira Ticket
Click Create from the header menu

Select issue type to be:
Bug: A user can’t log in or is prevented from doing a critical task
Task: For less urgent, but still important issues
Provide a clear Summary
Example: “RSPCA Animal Attendant cannot see dashboard”
Provide any details to recreate the issue: This will be supported by screenshots, links, and descriptions.
Provide a detailed description
Provide the username of the User experiencing the issue
Provide screenshots of areas experiencing issues. Note, you may add attachments by dragging and dropping them into the Issue Creation Modal
Provide URL to link to record, homepage, and app that has the issue
✏️ Further Details
There are more details that can be provided that will help prioritise tasks.
Assign a level of Priority:
Lowest, Low, Medium, High, Highest
Assign an Epic Link
Go Live Support - Admin: For tasks like log-in issues, no access to records etc
Go Live Support - Development: For tasks like a button not working correctly as expected
