From the GANTT view you have a number of flexible options to manage Service Appointments.
Drag-and-drop Service Appointments around the screen to assign to different resources.
Drag-and-drop Service Appointments from the side panel on to the GANTT view.
Double-click on a Service Appointment to access more information about the record or make an update.
