To setup Support Workers as Field Service users we need to create a User record and Service Resource record to make them active.
User Records are configured with a Salesforce license and a specific Community User Profile.
The user record is assigned the following FSL Permission Set Assignments to make them active on their mobile devices.
A Service Resource record then needs to be created and linked to the User Record.
Name is typically the name of the user.
Active = TRUE
Resource Type = Technician
The Service Resource is then assigned to their Service Territory.
