Time Sheet Management leverages the standard FSL Time Sheet Management features with some additional features to help facilitate efficient and accurate time sheet management with Service Resources, this includes:
Time Sheet Settings Configuration - creation of a Time Sheet creation schedule based on the organisation’s user profiles.
Time Sheet Entry creation flow - implementation of a flow that will create Time Sheet Entries when a Service Appointment is completed based on Check In and Check Out Times.
Time Sheet exception reporting - a standard report which allows Time Sheet managers to review any variances in the Scheduled Times vs Actual Times.
The standard Time Sheet Settings can be managed via the Setup Menu in Salesforce and allow an admin to configure a schedule for creating Time Sheets
where completed Time Sheet Entries
will be assigned.
Time Sheet
templates can be created and assigned to users based on Profile.
When a mobile user uses the Check Out From Appointment
action in Service Appointment Management
, this will trigger a Time Sheet Entry
record to be created based on the Actual Times that the worker has checked in and checked out of their appointment.
