CCS - FSL Mobile App: Service Appointment Management
The Service Appointment Management feature is a collection of flows that are available to Service Resources from the FSL mobile app which allows them to manage key data involved in their service delivery process.
En Route to Appointment - this flow allows the Service Resource to specify that they’re on their way to an appointment, which can potentially be extended in the future to send communications.
Check In To Appointment - this flow allows a Service Resource to check in to their appointment with validation on timing and location, this stamps the Service Appointment Record with this information which then feeds into Time Sheets.
Check Out From Appointment - this flow allows a Service Resource to check out from their appointment with validation on timing and location, this stamps the Service Appointment Record with this information which then feeds into Time Sheets.
Add Client Notes and Upload Attachments - this flow allows the Service Resource to add valuable information to a Service Appointment which is specific to the client that they’re working with.
Add an Expense - this flow allows the Service Resource to create an Expense which they can be reimbursed for and/or where the client needs to be invoiced.
