CCS - FSL Mobile App: Service Appointment Management


The Service Appointment Management feature is a collection of flows that are available to Service Resources from the FSL mobile app which allows them to manage key data involved in their service delivery process.

  • En Route to Appointment - this flow allows the Service Resource to specify that they’re on their way to an appointment, which can potentially be extended in the future to send communications.

  • Check In To Appointment - this flow allows a Service Resource to check in to their appointment with validation on timing and location, this stamps the Service Appointment Record with this information which then feeds into Time Sheets.

  • Check Out From Appointment - this flow allows a Service Resource to check out from their appointment with validation on timing and location, this stamps the Service Appointment Record with this information which then feeds into Time Sheets.

  • Add Client Notes and Upload Attachments - this flow allows the Service Resource to add valuable information to a Service Appointment which is specific to the client that they’re working with.

  • Add an Expense - this flow allows the Service Resource to create an Expense which they can be reimbursed for and/or where the client needs to be invoiced.
