Generate Single Receipts using Konect

The Acknowledgement Status field on the Opportunity record allows a single receipt to be generated and sent to a donor.

To find the Acknowledgement Status field, select any Opportunity record. When the Acknowledgement Status is set to Email Acknowledgement Now it will send an email to the Primary Contact’s email address.

Note: the Receipt Template that will be used for the single receipt will be the Receipt Template that is assigned to the Campaign that the Opportunity is related to. For more information on assigning a receipt template to a campaign, click here.
