Manage Maica Licenses

Users who are responsible for scheduling and managing service delivery will need a Maica license in order to access core Maica features such as Service Agreement management.

Assign a Maica License to a User

  1. Go to Setup and search for Installed Packages in the quick find box

  2. Find Maica and click ‘Manage Licenses’

     

  3. Click Add Users, find and select the User and Save

 

Assign Permission Sets to a User

  1. Go to Setup and search for Users in the quick find box

  2. Select the User record you need to assign Maica Permission to and click Edit Assignments

     

  3. Select all Maica Permission Sets that your User needs, Click Add and Save.

 

Remove License and Permissions from a User

To revoke a Maica License from a User, follow the steps outline above in reverse and remove the Permission sets followed by the License.
