Associate the Participant's Plan
Maica optionally allows for the ability to validate all added Support Items against the available Plan Budget as managed by the NDIS. This means that any Support Item being added to the Opportunity
(of record type Service Agreement
) will check if the available Plan Budget exists to ultimately receive payment for services rendered.
In addition to validating against Plan Budgets, Maica also natively validates against any other Service Agreement that exists for the selected time period.
To associate aPlan
with a Salesforce Opportunity
, follow the steps outlined below:
Open (or create) a new
Opportunity
of typeService Agreement
(as shown below)
Once created or selected, click on the
Associate Plan
either on theService Agreement Assistance
or in the menu (top-right).
This will set the Plan
for the given Opportunity
and all associated Opportunity Products
will be validated in accordance to the selected Plan
