How to Email Bulk Receipts

This guide will walk through the steps to email bulk receipts.

Selecting a One-Off Donation or Recurring Donation

Select Donation Receipting if a One-Off Donation receipt is required. If a Recurring Donation receipt is required, select Recurring Donation Receipting. 

These can be found on the top of the Bulk Receipting screen.

 

 

 

 

Searching for a Donation

To find a donation, use the Search tool on the right side of the Bulk Receipting screen. For help on how to use the Search tool, click here.

Note: ensure that the Start Date is adjusted to the time that the donation was made, as it will automatically be set to today’s date.

 

Selecting a Donation

To select a specific donation for an email receipt, click on the checkbox next to the Donation name.

Note: all donations will be automatically selected after providing a Start and End Date in the Search tool. To exclude a donation, simply uncheck the checkbox next to the donation.

 

Emailing the Receipts

To email the receipts that have been selected, click on the blue Email Receipts button near the top right of the Bulk Receipting screen.

Once the Email Receipts button is pressed, a confirmation screen will appear that will notify you how many Email Receipts are about to be sent.
