What does Vertic do and not do

Vertic is a specialist consulting firm, focusing on the delivery of Salesforce digital solutions. Salesforce is a cloud-based CRM which, most of the time, requires implementation services which includes the following:
Project Management, including Scope and Budget Management
Solution Design and Architecture
Solution Development and Deployment
System Testing and Performance Testing
User Training and Solution Documentation
Vertic’s services are limited to the implementation and configuration of Salesforce and any associated Salesforce products within the ecosystem.
What Vertic does not do during an implementation or configuration of Salesforce are the following areas:
Take ownership of production client data at any stage; we will always advise our clients to outsource production data management to specialist firms
Change management and adoption; we do not take responsibility for internal adoption although we may advise on experiences we have seen work
Take ownership or responsibility of any hardware requirements; this is typically not an issue as all our solutions are cloud-based
Take ownership or get operationally involved in any third-party applications; this means any applications we are required to integrate with as taken as fit-for-purpose and will not be amended in any way by Vertic
Vertic’s Organisational Chart (including outsourced development teams)
