  2. Vertic management (Jan Tenenberg, Stephen Kent, Matt Romeo) to review the request

  3. Several actions are possible from here, including:

    1. Rejecting the request with an appropriate justification

    2. Implementing the request either via:

      1. Policy change

      2. Process change

      3. Documentation change

      4. Supplier change

      5. Staff change

      6. Any combination of the above

  4. Vertic management to provide evidence to the employee raising the case of what the actions and outcomes were by compiling email containing the following information:

    1. Original Request Details

    2. Review Process Outcome

    3. Action Decision

    4. Decision Outcome

Any actions resulting from the change management process will be managed using this JIRA workspace.
