Organisation Branding & Settings

Using the standard Field Service configuration settings the Field Service experience for users will be branded to provide the look and feel of your organisation, this includes:

  • Configuration of the mobile app

  • Branded Mobile Login Page

  • Branded Login & Password Emails

  • Organisation colour scheme in the FSL Mobile App

The available colour schemes can be controlled via the Field Service Mobile Settings.

The configured settings will control the look and feel of the FSL Mobile App for users.

There are several Mobile App Settings that can be configured to enhance the mobile experience.

Additional Settings provides configuration options to define the behaviour of the Mobile App for users.

Customization provides options on notifications and the viewable dates from the calendar in the mobile app.

Automatic Status Change provides a configuration option to automatically update the status on a Service Appointment.
