Choose Salesforce Product Price Book

Maica uses native Opportunity Products which require a Price Book to be associated with the Opportunity. Price Books determine what pricing to use for a particular Product for a given time period which will eliminate the need to re-create the product catalogue each time there is a change in pricing.

To associate a`Price Book` with a Salesforce Opportunity, follow the steps outlined below:
Open (or create) a new
Opportunityof typeService Agreement(as shown below)
Once created or selected, click the
Choose Price Bookbutton and select the relevantPrice Book(as shown below)
This will set the Price Book for the given Opportunity and all associated Opportunity Products will be priced in accordance to the selected Price Book.
