Creating Service Bookings
Maica allows users to create Service Bookings
directly from within the Salesforce platform, via the NDIS digital systems (API). When creating Service Bookings
, the solution will enumerate all available Plan Budget
items for the Participant’s currently active Plan
and allow for the creation of associated Service Booking
records.
In order to create a new Service Booking
, follow the below steps:
Navigate to a
Plan
associated with a Participant (Contact
)Click the
Create Service Booking
buttonThe below dialog is presented which will pre-populate all available
Plan Budget Items
Select the Dates of the
Service Booking
manually or choose to use thePlan Dates
instead to allow theService Booking
to run for the duration of thePlan
Choose to either create a
Plan Managed
orStandard Booking
Remove the
Booking Items
you do not wish to create - by default, all availablePlan Budget
items are shownConfirm the
Service Booking
and click theSubmit
button
It is also possible to set the Service Booking dates based on the currently active Plan.
