Synchronising and Managing Service Bookings

Maica allows for the native ability to manage existing Service Bookings, including updating details, re-allocating budgets, deleting, and changing end dates for any given Service Booking.

In order to manage a Service Booking, follow the below steps:

  1. Navigate to a Plan associated with a Participant (Contact)

  2. Navigate to a Service Booking

  3. Click on the Manage Service Booking button

At this point, several choices exist, including:

  • Update: editing the details of the Service Booking, including dates and budgets

  • Approve: approve pre-existing Service Booking records issued by the NDIS as part of plan development

  • Reject: reject pre-existing Service Booking records issued by the NDIS as part of plan development

  • Delete: delete an existing Service Booking

  • Force Sync: synchronises the latest information for the selected Service Booking from the NDIS digital systems

In order to manage (update) the details of a selected Service Booking, follow the below steps:

  1. Amend the required details as shown in the below screen

  2. You are now able to change the End Date, re-allocate Quantity and Rate to manage funds across Support Categories

  3. Click the I declare that this Service Booking... checkbox

  4. Click the Submit button

The amended Service Booking information is updated both in Salesforce and the NDIS digital systems.
