NDIS Synchronisation

At regular and configurable intervals, Maica will synchronise information from the NDIS digital systems; this includes Plan, Service Booking and Payment Request data.

To enable NDIS Synchronisation, follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to Maica Settings

2. Click on the NDIS Synchronisation Tab

3. Select the time of the day to synchronise NDIS information to your Salesforce Maica solution

4. Enable which data you would like to synchronise at regular intervals by simply checking the associated box
