tab to access a number of plan-related recordsOpen a Service Booking to access all available records for the selected Participant
The Service Booking object captures a number of critical and useful data points, as described below.
Data Point | Description |
---|---|
Start Date and End Date | The start and end date are significant data points within a Service Booking, as several business processes are typically built around these. Service Booking dates are automatically synchronised with Salesforce from the NDIS (alongside additional information). |
Aggregated Budget Information | At the highest level, the Service Booking holds budget information which summarised all available Booking Items as approved by the NDIS. |
Service Booking Items | Each Service Booking carries a number of Booking Items, usually at Support Category but this could also be at Support Item level in cases where a Stated Booking has been set up within the NDIS Plan. |
