The Konect solution requires the configuration of default donation pages for various functions, including processing PCI-compliant single donations. In order to set the default donation page, the following steps are required:
Open the
KonectSettings Page via theApp LauncherClick on
Web Donation Pagesas shown belowSelect the
Site(as described below in this article)Select the
Default Pagewhich will be used as the default donation page in all Konect operations

In order to configure donations form(s), user are required to set up a Salesforce Site, as per the below:
Open the
SetupMenu within SalesforceType
Sitesinto theSearchand selectSitesIf a
Siteis already configured within the Konect settings, clickEditand amend the details as required (and shown below)If no
Siteis configured within the Konect settings, clickNewand capture the details as required (and shown below)Click
Save
Salesforce Sites allow a donation page (or multiple pages) to be publicly shown.
