Program Enrolments within the Maica solution are aimed at capturing an initial interest in a a set of service offerings without necessarily knowing what specific Support Items are required.

A typical example of a Program Enrolment might be A Participant is interested in 40 hours of physiotherapy. Is this case, we know what type of service will be required but don’t know delivery hours, daytime, weekdays, etc so the selection of an actual NDIS Support Item is difficult.

Each Program Enrolment is based on a Program record which, in turn, captures multiple Services. A Service can be marked as Default which means it will automatically add a set of Support Items to the onboarding Opportunity.

The Maica Program Enrolment setting allows for the automatic inclusion of a particular Program (and therefore its default Support Items). You can configure which Program is to be automatically enrolled for any given Opportunity record type by following the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Maica Settings

  2. Click on the Program Enrolment Tab

  3. Select the Program for the desired record type
