Maica uses Salesforce Opportunities to manage the onboarding process to take advantage of an extensive set of native Salesforce features, such as data insights, stage management, and Salesforce Products. An Opportunity requires a Primary Contact which is an association with a Salesforce Contact record and acts as the Participant as part of this onboarding process.
To select the Primary Contact or Participant, follow the steps outlined below:
Open (or create) a new Opportunity of type Service Agreement (as shown below)
