The Cruelty Complaint Wizard is utilised as an efficient method for capturing complaints about Animal cruelty whilst on the phone with an informant.

The Cruelty Complaint Wizard can be accessed via the tab under the Inspectorate App.

There are three main steps to the Cruelty Complaint Wizard.

  1. Caller Information - captures information about the caller and any additional Contacts that the caller communicates, as well as the initial detail about the Job.

  2. Animal Report - captures information about the Animals being reported and the nature of the report.

  3. Job Summary - captures the final details about the Job before it’s submitted to the database for action.

Caller Information

Add the relevant Contacts and initial Job information.

Animal Report

Complete the Animal Reports which are reported by the informant.

Job Information

Complete the Job Information and review before final submission.
