Animal Welfare Wizard

The Animal Welfare Wizard can be accessed via the tab under the Inspectorate App. The wizard has 3 tabs to step through:

1. General Information, Location & Contacts

2. Animal Reports

3. Job Information

General Information, Location & Contacts

• When entering an address the wizard will look for other Jobs that have been previously been created at the same address and show related Contacts who have been recorded at the Location with any relevant Violence Flags.

• The Locations Nearby component will retrieve any Locations that are within the specified Distance where Jobs have been created.

• Entering a Job Contact will apply matching rules to identify if the Contact already exists in your database.

• A Person of Interest (POI) naming convention is applied when selecting Contact Type = Person of Interest in case the POI is not known.

• The Add Violence option appears when the Contact has been added and allows the user to specify any reported cautions to be aware of when completing the Job.

Animal Reports

Animal Reports allow the user to capture a dataset which describes the nature of the animal welfare issue to help provide relevant information to inspectors and capture key metrics about incoming calls.

• Many Animal Reports can be captured in case there are many types of Animals involved in the report.

Job Information

The Job Information summarises the Job that will be created and includes Job Codes which are automated through the Animal Reports.

• On submission a Job is created and assignment flows to inspectors will be triggered.

• The Job is assigned to an Area based on the address that has been specified on the Job.
