Digital Adoption Agreement

The Digital Adoption Agreement is a solution native to the Salesforce platform which sits on top of the AnimalOS Referrals solution and generates an Adoption Agreement that can be signed in person on an iPad or sent externally for sign off via email.
The Adoption Agreement is formatted as a wizard with relevant information for the adopter to sign off before the Animal is released to their care.
OWNER & ANIMAL DETAILS
This section identifies the Contact who is the adopter and the Animal who is being adopted.
Personal Information Collection Notice is also included and can be configured based on text provided by your organisation.
ANIMAL HEALTH
This section details the Animal's health history with your organisation so the adopter can review and understand the commitment required to care for the Animal.
This section details Indemnity Waivers assigned to the Animal and requires a digital signature (bottom left) to get specific agreement from the adopter on any notable concerns associated with the Animal.
ANIMAL BEHAVIOUR
This section details behaviour assessment that has been completed on the Animal.
TERMS & CONDITIONS + SIGN OFF
The final page details the terms and conditions with the final sign off for the adopter.
