Processing An Adoption

When an Animal is ready to be adopted, you can select to create an Adoption Record and manage the adoption process.

Processing an Animal Adoption:

1. Go to an Animal Record and select Start Adoption from the Quick Action section on the record.

2. The Adoption Record will appear under the Adoption Tab on the Animal Record. Click into the record to work through the adoption process.

3. The Adoption Record has stages which appear at the top of the record which guide you through the process. You can use activities to manage the engagement with the adopter.

    

4. Generate an Adoption Receipt by clicking the Generate Adoption Receipt quick action on the Adoption Record.
