Animal Actions

Check to make sure Animal Actions have run for the day. A scheduled process runs at 3 AM to generate Animal Actions.

Review the Animal Actions dashboard to ensure they have generated.

Start Referral

Completed the Start Referral as a CSO user using a test animal.

Delete Referral when testing is completed.

Movements

Process a Movement as an Animal Attendant to ensure submission works.

Animal Welfare Wizard

Submit a Case and Job with the Animal Welfare Wizard as a Contact Centre user.

Start Adoption

From a test Animal record, process an adoption to ensure everything is working as expected.
