The AnimalOS Manage Block Actions Enhanced Access Permission Set allows Animal Attendants to complete Animal Actions in the system on behalf of a volunteer who has actually completed the Animal Action, the purpose of this is to maintain a clear history of Animal Actions completed by volunteers.
The AnimalOS Manage Block Actions Enhanced Access Permission Set can be assigned to Animal Attendants to provide them with access to the Delivered By Volunteer field on the Manage Block Actions AnimalOS feature, allowing them to select a volunteer who has completed specific Animal Actions on that Block.
AnimalOS Manage Block Actions Enhanced Access available as a Permission Set assigned to Users in AnimalOS.Volunteers are defined by the Is Volunteer checkbox on a Contact record, this makes them available to be selected when completing Animal Actions via the Delivered By Volunteer field.
Is Volunteer field available on the Contact record in AnimalOS.The Animal Attendant will see the Delivered By Volunteers field on the Manage Block Actions feature if they have the AnimalOS Manage Block Actions Enhanced Access Permission Set assigned and can select Contacts where Is Volunteer = TRUE.
When a Volunteer is selected, any Animal Actions that are updated to Status = Completed while the Volunteer is selected will update the Animal Action with the selected Volunteer.
